Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for complete project leadership — from planning and execution to final handover — ensuring projects are delivered within timeline, budget, and quality standards.

This is a senior leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, strategic planning skills, and team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of civil construction projects
• Oversee RCC, finishing, MEP coordination, and overall site operations
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
• Ensure project completion within defined timelines and budget
• Monitor cost control and optimize material & manpower usage
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors
• Review drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical specifications
• Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory compliance norms
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Supervise and mentor Site Engineers, MEP Engineers, and other site staff
• Report project status and performance to management

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and project lifecycle
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
• Experience in handling large-scale residential/commercial projects
• Strong contractual and commercial understanding
• Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Eligibility Criteria

• BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction project management
• Prior experience in contracting firms preferred
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
