Project Manager – High-Rise Buildings

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong high-rise building experience in Dubai to join our growing construction team.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / BE – Civil)

✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects

✔ Proven Dubai high-rise project experience is mandatory

✔ Valid G+Unlimited / G+12 Certificate

✔ Strong background in main contracting

✔ Immediate joiners will be highly preferred

Key Skills & Responsibilities

* End-to-end project planning, execution, and control

* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

* Effective site coordination and team management

* Subcontractor coordination, monitoring, and follow-up

* Quantity verification, cost control, and reporting

* Ensuring quality, safety, and HSE compliance at all stages

* Timely project delivery as per approved schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED10.00 per month
