Project Manager

ROLE SUMMARY: Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of expansion joint installation works in buildings, ensuring completion within approved time, cost, quality, and safety standards. The role involves close coordination with client/PMC, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure correct system selection, site readiness, proper installation as per approved drawings, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines, raising bills and collection of payment.

Language: English, Tamil, HINDI Must

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (preferred).

Experience: 12-15 years

Key traits: Co-ordination, Analytical, convincing, technical, presence of mind and negotiation

Responsibility: Project planning and execution

Coordination and stakeholder management

Site readiness and technical control

Quality assurance and compliance

Labor and site engineer management

Documentation, reporting and billing

Payment collection

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
