To support our rapid-growth of production in 2026, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our clients and internal teams through the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Full-Time Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager to support the successful execution of sauna and cabin construction projects nationwide. This role is responsible for ensuring project deadlines are met, managing logistics for oversize shipments and cranes, ensuring accurate and quality site preparations, and tracking project readiness across multiple job sites and project phases. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule onsite contractors, including electricians, landscapers, general contractors, plumbers, and other trade professionals, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Create and manage detailed planning and construction schedule for cabin builds through design, permitting/submittals, ordering and procurement, construction, site preparation.
• Work with engineers and architects to submit and obtain all necessary permit requirements across the U.S.
• Manage and coordinate nationwide shipping of oversize loads, including scheduling deliveries, communicating with carriers, and resolving logistics issues.
• Support clients throughout the site preparation process by providing guidance, answering questions, and ensuring requirements are clearly understood.
• Review job site photos and documentation to assess site readiness and develop sauna installation plans.
• Track and monitor the status of site preparation across multiple projects, ensuring milestones are completed on schedule.
• Identify potential risks or delays and proactively escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and documentation within internal systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management, project coordination, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience working with multiple contractors and trade professionals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands on construction experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to review technical photos, drawings, and site documentation
• Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and standard office applications. (Google Suite, ProCore, Houzz Pro, Excel).

Compensation and benefits

In person reporting to the Duluth/Superior headquarters is preferred, with hybrid options available for the right candidate. Salary of $60,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience. Benefits for this role include paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their dependents, and participation in a 401(k) plan with profit sharing.
