Job Title: Project Manager (Consultant Office – Villas & Residential Towers)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage villa and residential tower projects within our engineering consultancy office. The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring design coordination, authority approvals, cost control, and timely delivery in compliance with UAE regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Management

• Lead and manage multiple villa and residential tower projects from concept to handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

2. Design & Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
• Review and approve design drawings and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations
• Manage design changes and variation orders.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, contractors, and authorities.
• Provide project status reports and updates.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations.

4. Authority Approvals & Compliance

• Oversee submission and approval processes with local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate inspections and obtain completion certificates.

5. Cost Control & Contract Management

• Monitor project budgets and control consultancy costs.
• Review contractor claims and payment certificates.
• Assist in tender evaluation and contractor selection.
• Manage contracts and resolve disputes professionally.

6. Site Supervision & Quality Control

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress.
• Ensure work quality meets design specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with site supervision teams and contractors.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in consultancy offices.
• Proven experience in villa and residential tower projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and approval processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera (preferred).
