Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Pool and Outdoor Living Project Manager to oversee and manage the design, planning, and execution of high-end residential/commercial pool and outdoor living projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outdoor living, construction project management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional outdoor spaces. This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, designers, and construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple pool construction projects simultaneously
• Coordinate subcontractors (excavation, steel, plumbing, electrical, gunite, tile, decking, plaster)
• Maintain project schedules and budgets
• Communicate regularly with homeowners
• Schedule inspections and ensure code compliance
• Perform jobsite quality checks

Requirements:

• 3+ years construction project management experience (pool/Hardscapes industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of residential construction
• Ability to read plans and manage schedules
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license
