Job Summary

K&K Designs is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end residential interior design and renovation projects from planning through final installation. This role requires a highly organized, detail-driven professional who can confidently manage timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication in a fast-paced environment.

This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have prior project management experience and the ability to independently oversee multiple active projects at once.

Our office is located in Alpharetta, GA. Projects are primarily located in Alpharetta, Cumming, Milton, Roswell, and Sandy Springs. In addition, this role oversees model home installations throughout the Southeast and may require out-of-state travel.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple residential renovation and design projects simultaneously
• Maintain strict oversight of project timelines, budgets, and documentation
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members
• Conduct job site visits and oversee installations
• Ensure accurate tracking of project details, expenses, and deliverables
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
• Potential travel for multi-day model home installations across GA, SC, AL, and surrounding Southeastern states

Required Qualifications (Applicants must meet all requirements)

• Previous project management experience
• Experience in residential construction, renovations, or interior design
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• Strong computer literacy and comfort working within digital systems
• Willingness and ability to learn and consistently use company software platforms (including Houzz)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to physically handle and move project-related materials, including small furniture pieces, wallpaper rolls, and décor items
• Willingness and potential ability to travel out of state for model home installations

Work Requirements

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
• In-person role based in Alpharetta, GA
• Travel to job sites in surrounding areas (Alpharetta, Cumming, Milton, Roswell, Sandy Springs) and potentially travel for model home projects throughout the Southeast
• Professional, client-facing demeanor at all times
