Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Construction to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of high-rise/Mid Rise tower projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Primavera and FIDIC contracts, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage high-rise/Mid-Rise construction projects from initiation to completion.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using Primavera.

Ensure compliance with FIDIC contract regulations and construction standards.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.

Oversee procurement, subcontracting, and site management.

Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to.

Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in construction project management.

Proven track record in delivering high-rise tower projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management.

Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction laws in the UAE.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
