Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT and business projects from initiation to completion
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication
• Prepare reports and present project updates to senior management
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience in IT, business, or consulting
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred but not required
