Your Role

As a Senior Structural Engineer (Precast), you will play a critical role in designing and delivering high-quality precast concrete solutions for large-scale projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure structural integrity, efficiency, and excellence from concept to execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and analysis of precast concrete elements (walls, slabs, beams, columns, façades).
• Develop efficient and cost-effective precast solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Review and approve shop drawings and structural calculations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, production, and site teams.
• Provide technical support during manufacturing, transportation, and erection.
• Ensure compliance with international design codes (ACI, BS, Eurocode).
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
• 10+ years of experience, including strong exposure to precast concrete projects.
• Expertise in structural design software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, Tekla).
• Strong knowledge of precast systems, connections, and production processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
