Position Overview:

Loloah Alshaya General Trading & Contracting Company is seeking an experienced and highly capable Sr. Civil Engineer to oversee and manage civil construction activities across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and extensive experience in site execution, project coordination, and quality control. The role requires the ability to manage teams, ensure compliance with project specifications, and deliver projects within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all civil construction activities including structural, finishing, and infrastructure works.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements for proper execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, material usage, and site productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and Kuwait Municipality requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, site progress reports, and project documentation.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues on-site efficiently.
• Conduct inspections and ensure works are completed according to approved standards.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Support project handover and close-out documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in civil construction and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of structural works, finishing works, and site coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Kuwait construction standards and authority regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Kuwait residency with transferable visa preferred.
• Kuwait Engineering Society active membership is required.

Pay: KD650.000 - KD750.000 per month
