Project Manager – MEW Projects

Location: Kuwait

Khalid Ali Al Kharafi & Bros. Co. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering projects within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project execution from initiation through completion
• Coordinate with MEW authorities, consultants, clients, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead project teams and supervise subcontractor performance
• Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Civil preferred)
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience managing MEW projects in Kuwait
• Valid MEW approvals will be an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
