Probuilders is seeking an experienced and dynamic Projects Director with a strong architectural engineering background to lead and manage our building projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the construction and contracting industry, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing technical teams and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and manage all phases of building projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations.

Supervise and mentor project teams, including technical managers and engineers, to achieve project objectives.

Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and schedules to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation while addressing any challenges or risks.

Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and alignment.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.

Utilize architectural and engineering software such as BIM, AutoCAD, Microsoft tools, and other specialized applications to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture from a reputable university (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction or contracting industry.

Previous experience as a Technical Manager, managing teams of 5 or more employees.

Proven expertise in building projects and construction methodologies.

Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant engineering software.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
