Project Manager

Kelley Construction Services is hiring a Senior Residential Construction Project Manager to lead remodeling and renovation projects from pre-construction through completion.

This is a field-driven role for someone who can take full ownership of projects—managing schedules, subcontractors, budgets, and client communication—without constant oversight.

We are looking for a proven operator, not a coordinator.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Manage multiple residential remodeling projects (kitchens, baths, additions, full-home renovations)
• Own project execution from start to finish (schedule, budget, and client satisfaction)
• Create and drive construction schedules and timelines
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Maintain strong jobsite control, quality standards, and accountability
• Communicate directly with homeowners and manage expectations
• Track and manage job costs, budgets, and change orders
• Identify problems early and keep projects moving forward

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in residential construction project management
• Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and field operations
• Experience managing subcontractors and holding them accountable
• Ability to read and interpret plans, scopes, and specifications
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Organized, decisive, and results-driven
• Valid driver’s license

• Entry-level candidates
• Project coordinators or assistants
• Anyone needing daily direction to keep projects moving

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)
• Performance Bonuses: Tied to project completion, schedule adherence, and profitability
