Project Manager

We are seeking a highly accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) projects in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of major infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical or related discipline)
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure sector
• Proven experience managing MEW projects in Kuwait (Mandatory)
• Must hold valid MEW approvals
• Strong expertise in project execution, contracts, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the full project lifecycle from initiation through completion and handover
• Act as the primary interface with MEW, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resource strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards
• Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation and recovery plans
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Ensure adherence to contractual requirements, specifications, and regulatory approvals
• Oversee quality assurance, HSE compliance, and project documentation
• Prepare and present detailed project progress and performance reports to senior management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD1,500.000 - KD2,000.000 per month
