Job Summary
We're looking for a Project Manager to join our growing delivery team. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of client engagements across our Professional Services and Managed Services practices — keeping projects on track, clients informed, and teams aligned. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on client satisfaction, delivery quality, and TekStak's operational maturity .
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Ownership
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of client-facing projects from kickoff through go-live
- Manage project backlogs using a Scrumban methodology, balancing sprint-based delivery with Kanban-style support
- Coordinate across internal delivery resources — including US-based and Philippines-based developers and business analysts — to keep work moving
Client Success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Conduct regular status check-ins, manage expectations, and proactively surface and resolve risks
- Support smooth handoffs between Advisory, Professional Services, and Managed Services - ensuring clients never feel like they're starting over
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate project data in our project management tooling including time tracking, milestones, and resource allocation
- Identify and escalate scope, budget, or timeline risks early
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes as TekStak scales
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–6 years of project management experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
- Familiar with Salesforce or CRM platforms — you don't need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable in the ecosystem
- Experience managing projects using Agile, Scrumban, or Kanban methodologies
- Strong client communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Comfort operating in a small, fast-moving firm where you'll wear multiple hats and help shape how things are done
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification a plus — but not required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
