Position Overview

Work Generations is looking for a responsible and proactive Project Manager to handle projects acquired through Upwork. The ideal candidate will manage the complete project lifecycle from client communication to task assignment and delivery ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects acquired from Upwork from start to completion
• Act as the main point of contact for clients
• Understand project requirements and convert them into actionable tasks
• Assign tasks to design, development, and QA teams
• Monitor daily progress and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and status updates
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting
• Handle client queries, revisions, and feedback
• Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and delays

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in Project Management / Client Handling
• Experience working with Upwork or freelancing platforms
• Strong communication skills (English – written & spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good understanding of IT services (design, development, marketing)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
