Job Purpose:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. The role oversees project activities, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages stakeholders, monitors risks, and ensures alignment with business objectives and operational requirements. The Project Manager drives project governance, reporting, and execution while ensuring effective communication and successful project outcomes.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects in alignment with approved objectives and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and external parties to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project governance activities including documentation, approvals, meeting coordination, and change management.
  • Identify project risks and establish mitigation plans to minimize operational and financial impact.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments and project teams.
  • Support procurement, budgeting, and contract management activities related to project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements for project management practices.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in similar position.
