Responsibilities:

Development of projects: Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including timelines, resources, and budget

Management: Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure project delivery within defined parameters

Project Planning & Initiation: Define scope, deliverables, and success criteria; develop robust business cases and integrated project plans that align with organizational goals

Execution & Delivery: Drive day-to-day operations by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, external consultants, and vendors to ensure work meets quality standards

Stakeholder & Communication: Act as the central point of coordination between senior leaders and project teams, translating complex data into actionable status reports and dashboards
-
Governance & Reporting: Maintain rigorous project controls, including RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and financial trackers, ensuring full visibility into project health

Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks and manage formal change control processes to prevent uncontrolled scope creep

Commercial Oversight: Manage project budgets in collaboration with Finance and Procurement, tracking expenditure and ensuring value-for-money

Benefits Realisation: Ensure project outputs are successfully embedded into business-as-usual operations to achieve long-term strategic outcomes

Digital Innovation: Utilize modern project management platforms and data-driven insights to improve transparency and streamline delivery workflows

Lessons Learned: Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices
Requirements
Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field
-
Proven experience in project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams
-
MUST have excellent command in using Microsoft Project & Microsoft Planner as Project Management tools

Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, and identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
-
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to identify solutions to complex problems
-
Experience with project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools is a plus
-
Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus
