A High-Rise Project Manager
* leads the end-to-end execution of multi-story building developments, from pre-construction through to final handover.
* Responsible for managing budgets, complex vertical logistics, and on-site safety, while ensuring compliance with local authority regulations and architectural specifications
- Project Delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring construction aligns with design specifications, structural integrity, and timeline milestones.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project costs, track expenses, negotiate with contractors, and process payment certificates.
- Vertical Logistics: Oversee the specialized logistical needs of high-rise construction, including crane operations, material hoists, and workforce vertical transportation.
- Safety & Compliance (HSE): Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations on site to mitigate the high-risk nature of multi-story construction.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, main contractors, and local government authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality in the UAE) to secure permits and approvals.
- Risk & Claims Management: Identify potential project risks, track variation orders, and handle contractual claims
