Project Manager

Position: Project Manager – Marble Fit-Out
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 15,000 – 17,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in marble and stone fit-out projects to oversee project execution from planning through completion. The ideal candidate should have extensive UAE experience in managing marble installation works, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple marble fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Supervise site teams and ensure work is executed according to project specifications and approved drawings.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Review project drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and shop drawings.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Prepare progress reports and attend client and consultant meetings.
• Manage procurement coordination and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure successful project handover and completion documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience in marble, granite, and fit-out projects.
• Proven experience managing luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, or high-end interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of marble fabrication, installation, finishing, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 15,000 – 17,000
• Company benefits as per UAE Labour Law.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
