civil Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with a valid G+12 Municipality License to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of UAE experience managing building construction projects from tender award through successful project handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects from planning to final handover.
• Lead project execution while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Review tender documents, prepare technical inputs, and support the tendering process.
• Control project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
• Manage procurement activities, material planning, and subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, contract requirements, and project specifications.
• Lead and motivate site engineers, supervisors, and project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare project reports and attend client and consultant meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid G+12 Municipality License (Mandatory).
• 7–10 years of UAE experience in building construction projects.
• Proven experience in tendering, procurement, cost control, project execution, and project handover.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
