About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of new restaurant outlet development across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning and execution through to final handover, ensuring each outlet is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in restaurant or hospitality fit-out projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of UAE regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for new restaurant outlet openings.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Supervise all fit-out activities, including:
• Civil works
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
• Interior fit-outs
• Commercial kitchen equipment installation
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority approvals, permits, and documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, budgets, and project risks.
• Manage project costs and ensure delivery within approved budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor contractor performance.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, HR, and other internal departments to ensure smooth outlet launch readiness.
• Resolve project issues proactively to minimize delays and operational impact.
• Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in project management within the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or commercial fit-out industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of restaurant construction, interior fit-outs, MEP systems, and commercial kitchen installations.
• Sound knowledge of UAE authority approvals, building regulations, and compliance procedures.
• Experience in contractor and vendor management.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project), Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
