🔧 About the Role

As a Project Manager , you will drive the successful delivery of complex projects—from planning and engineering coordination to manufacturing, testing, and final delivery. You’ll play a key role in ensuring reliability, quality, and customer satisfaction in mission-critical environments.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics
• Ensure compliance with data center requirements (high availability, redundancy)
• Manage risks, costs, and timelines
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and customers
• Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and project documentation
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Industrial Engineering or Project Management
• 5+ years of project management experience (switchgear or data center projects preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
• MS Project & MS Office
• SAP (PS Module)
• Power BI or similar tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP / RMP / Agile certifications are a plus
