Project Manager – 5 Years Experience (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong engineering background to oversee and manage projects across the northern and southern regions of Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of proven experience in project management, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors

Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and technical standards

Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations

Resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth project execution

Conduct on-site visits and supervise field activities where required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 5 years of project management experience

Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Willingness to travel and work in both North and South regions of Pakistan

Proficiency in project management tools/software is a plus
