Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Manager (Acting) to join our team in Sudair, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction supervision for infrastructure project, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

• Have strong in experience in Saudi Cods and Ministry of transport.
• Manage and supervise infrastructure and road construction projects from inception to completion
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project progress
• Prepare and review technical reports, including progress reports, change orders, and quality control documentation
• Implement and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure adherence to local construction standards and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes and efficiency

Qualifications

• Have strong in experience in Saudi Cods and Ministry of transport.
• Advantage for Industrial projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required
• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure and road construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software
• Strong knowledge of construction supervision techniques and quality control processes
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction standards and regulations
• Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise technical reports
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
