Polymer Concepts Technologies PBY, Inc. KRS Division dba Kaydon Ring & Seal (“KRS”) is responsible for Aerospace and Industrial applications. KRS has a customer portfolio that includes all major players in the Aerospace and Industrial industries. Our business is fully customer focused, with products specifically designed for an engine/airframe application and then produced in small quantities and small lots on highly flexible equipment. Extreme product range fragmentation, complex product design, very high-quality standards and traceability requirements are the peculiarity of KRS.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager to join our team.

The primary role of the Manufacturing Project Manager is to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive efficiency, quality, and innovation across our production operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at stakeholder coordination, and has a passion for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Duties and responsibilities are (including but not limited to):

Lead end-to-end project management for manufacturing initiatives—from concept through execution and delivery.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners as needed.

Job Requirements:

Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and production planning.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or equivalent).
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
