Project Manager (AI/Contact Center)

We are hiring for Project Manager

Experience: 4-6 yrs

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Noida(hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

● Review Signed SOW’s to understand the deliverables

● Establish effective communication channels with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and expectations are managed. Interact with domestic and international stakeholders.

● Develop complete project plans, including goals, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

● Lead project teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project

schedules and milestones.

● Define project scope, manage changes, and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

● Monitor project expenditures, track costs, and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget.

● Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards while coordinating and working with the QA team.

Required Skills and Experience:

● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Telecommunications) or

equivalent experience.

● 4 to 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the telephony or contact centre

domain.

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

● Strong business development and strategic planning abilities.

● Proven ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders.

● Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

● Proficiency in project management software and tools.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● Understanding of AI agents setup (JD, guardrails, abilities etc) and AI project lifecycle.

● Prior experience on AI based project delivery.

● Experience in revenue generation and key decision-making is a plus.

● Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
