Job Description:
We are looking for a Projects Manager with extensive experience in the aluminum industry to lead and manage our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience, a solid engineering background, and strong leadership skills to oversee project engineers, foremen, and site teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the execution of aluminum projects (curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows, etc.)
• Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
• Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and site teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards
• Represent the company in client meetings and resolve technical or site issues
• Lead and guide project engineers, supervisors, and workers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (required)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in aluminum project management
• Additional certifications or postgraduate degrees are a plus
• Strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems and project execution
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Arabic speaking is preferred
• UAE driving license is mandatory
