Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with deep expertise in aluminum and glazing systems to lead high-profile façade and cladding projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of proven project management experience within the aluminum and glazing industry and a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards. A valid UAE driving license is essential for frequent site visits and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of aluminum and glazing projects from initiation to successful handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee all on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Supervise and guide multidisciplinary teams including engineers, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, control expenditures, and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize disruptions to project timelines and objectives.
• Coordinate procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks, addressing non-conformance promptly.
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to senior management and clients, outlining milestones, issues, and solutions.
• Ensure all works are performed in accordance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• PMP certification or Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years total experience in construction project management, with at least 8 years specifically in aluminum and glazing works in the UAE or GCC region.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminum composite panels, structural glazing, spider systems, and unitized façades.
• Sound understanding of construction methods, material specifications, and façade engineering principles.

Project Management Skills:

• Proven ability to lead projects within budget and timelines using best-practice PM methodologies.
• Proficient in project scheduling and resource management.

Software Proficiency:

• MS Project, Primavera (preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools is an advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
