Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead and manage large-scale façade projects from design coordination through execution and final handover. The role carries senior-level operational responsibility, requiring strong expertise in façade engineering, site execution, commercial control, and stakeholder management within aluminum and façade projects.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, cost control, safety, and timely completion of multiple ongoing projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Engineering & Design Coordination

• Coordinate with design and technical teams to develop practical and value-engineered façade solutions
• Review and approve engineering drawings, technical specifications, and material schedules
• Ensure compliance with structural, safety, and project performance requirements
• Manage technical submittals, material approvals, and vendor coordination
• Liaise with consultants, architects, and clients for design clarifications and approvals

Project Management & Execution

• Lead overall project execution activities from planning to handover
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, procurement, and resource allocation
• Oversee site execution to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and productivity targets
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution
• Conduct regular site and progress meetings with clients and stakeholders
• Implement strong cost control, risk management, and value engineering strategies
• Resolve technical, site, and commercial issues during project execution
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company standards, and UAE regulations
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of multiple façade packages

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 10–15 years of experience in Aluminum & Façade projects within UAE/GCC
• Strong hands-on experience in curtain wall, glazing, cladding, and aluminum systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale façade projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of façade fabrication, installation, and project lifecycle management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera P6, MS Project, and project tools
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

• Experience in high-rise, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments
• Strong commercial awareness and contract administration capability
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and tight deadlines
• Strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams
