Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in aluminum and façade systems to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of façade and aluminum projects within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver aluminum and façade projects as per project schedule and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors
• Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and cost control reports
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Manage project budgets, variations, and procurement activities
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management
• Ensure timely material delivery and proper manpower allocation
• Resolve project-related issues and mitigate risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in aluminum and façade project management in UAE
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, glazing systems, and aluminum fabrication
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
