Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Aluminum & Glazing to lead and deliver high-profile façade, aluminum, and glazing projects across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing projects from initiation to completion while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory due to regular site visits and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of aluminum and glazing projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards and specifications.

Leadership & Team Management

• Manage, mentor, and supervise project engineers, site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure effective resource allocation, coordination, and team performance.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.

Budget & Cost Control

• Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures.
• Ensure financial efficiency and profitability of projects.

Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks related to schedule, cost, and quality.
• Implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans proactively.

Site Management & Coordination

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure all works comply with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions when required.

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Oversee procurement processes and manage supplier and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and services.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and present detailed progress reports covering schedules, budgets, risks, and key milestones.

Health & Safety

• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, local regulations, and company safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of project management experience, with at least 8 years in aluminum, glazing, or façade projects.
• Strong expertise in aluminum systems, curtain walls, glazing, and façade construction techniques.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction or façade projects end-to-end.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)

• PMP Certification or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, authority approvals, and regulations.
• Experience with design and coordination tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
