Responsibilities

1. Full cycle project management: Fully responsible for the full cycle management of oil and gas technology service projects in the GCC region, from initiation to closure, ensuring smooth completion within scope, time, cost, and quality objectives.
2. Customer and stakeholder management: Act as the primary contact for the project, maintain efficient communication with clients such as Saudi Aramco and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, manage expectations, and deepen relationships.
3. Team and resource management: Lead cross functional project teams, allocate resources, coordinate internal and external relationships, and ensure efficient collaboration.
4. Risk and Compliance Management: Identify and assess technical, commercial, HSE and other risks, develop response strategies, and ensure strict compliance with local laws, regulations and client standards.
5. Business and financial responsibilities: Control budget, manage costs, analyze profit and loss, and assist in project changes, claims, and payment collection.
6. HSE leadership: Bear primary responsibility for the health, safety and environmental performance of the project, establishing and implementing the highest HSE standards and culture.

Qualifications

1. Education: Master's degree or above in oil and gas field development, petroleum engineering, or related majors from well known petroleum universities, domestic or abroad, is preferred.
2. Work experience: Over 5 years in oil and gas technology, with at least 3 years in technical sales or technical marketing management targeting the international market.
3. Professional skills: Proficient in Office software; deep understanding of numerical simulation software such as Eclipse/CMG.
4. Language ability: English must be a proficient working language for high level technical exchanges and business negotiations.
5. Priority: Candidates with experience in international market expansion for internationally renowned oil and gas companies are preferred.
