Project Manager — Back Office (100% Remote)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager with a robust background in blockchain and Web3 gaming to oversee our ambitious projects from conception to completion. This role will be fully remote, providing an opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team as we redefine the future of gaming.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and DevOps to maintain workflow efficiency and effective communication throughout the project.
• Establish and manage detailed project plans, defining key milestones and deliverables while ensuring they meet the project's specifications.
• Monitor and analyze project performance, identifying potential risks or obstacles early and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Liaise with blockchain developers to clarify technical specifications and prioritize tasks based on stakeholder feedback and project needs.
• Facilitate Agile practices, organizing key ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to foster team collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain accurate project documentation and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability in project progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or gaming sectors, showcasing your ability to navigate these specialized fields.
• Strong grasp of blockchain fundamentals, including knowledge of smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and various blockchain protocols.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana, for managing tasks and tracking project milestones effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a remote work environment.
• Solid problem-solving abilities that enable you to think critically and develop innovative solutions to project challenges.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with specific blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, or BNB Chain, as well as an understanding of DeFi concepts and gaming economics.
• Experience with artificial intelligence applications or data-driven tech products that complement blockchain initiatives.
• Insights into the gaming industry, particularly with online platforms or casino-related products, will be advantageous.
• A technical background in smart contract development or blockchain architecture is a plus, enhancing your ability to communicate with technical teams effectively.
