Program Planning and Control Senior Director

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end project management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with technology and operational teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project components.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Regularly review and update project plans to reflect progress and any changes in scope or requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project management policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Implement scoping and planning methodologies to ensure thorough preparation and alignment with project objectives.
  • Establish performance monitoring and reporting standards to track project progress and performance.
  • Create and enforce change control procedures to manage project modifications and ensure traceability.
  • Develop risk and issue identification and management processes to proactively address potential challenges.
  • Establish stakeholder, quality, resource, assumptions/dependencies, and document control procedures.
  • Design and update program reporting frameworks to provide clear visibility into project status and performance.
  • Develop and maintain templates for reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy in project documentation.
  • Create and manage a program dashboard to track key performance indicators and project health.
  • Provide ongoing advice and guidance to work stream leads and delivery leads on project management standards and best practices.
  • Ensure that all project activities adhere to established policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' understanding and compliance with project management tools and processes.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of work stream assumptions and dependencies to ensure accurate project planning.
  • Monitor and report on work stream deliverables, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to identify and manage risks and dependencies across projects.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and gather feedback.
  • Identify and resolve project delays and impacts through effective stakeholder management and problem-solving.
  • Integrate AI for project forecasting, risk prediction and resource optimization.
