Job Title: Project Manager (Banking Sector)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver banking projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning

Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules.

Manage RFP processes, including proposal collection, evaluation, and comparison.

Prepare project initiation documents (PID).

Allocate resources and coordinate team activities effectively.
2. Execution & Monitoring

Lead cross-functional teams to execute project plans.

Track progress against milestones and adjust plans as needed.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues in coordination with Information Security requirements.
3. Budget Management

Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and resource planning.

Ensure project delivery within approved financial constraints.
4. Quality Assurance

Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Conduct regular quality checks, audits, and reviews.
5. Stakeholder Communication

Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.

Provide regular status reports, presentations, and updates.
6. Team Leadership

Lead, motivate, and support project teams to achieve objectives.

Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

Delegate responsibilities and ensure accountability across the team.
7. Resource Management

Identify project resource requirements and manage allocation efficiently.

Coordinate with resource managers to secure necessary skills and staffing.
8. Change Management

Address resistance and support teams during organizational or project changes.
9. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.

Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
10. Client Satisfaction

Ensure high levels of client and end-user satisfaction.

Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
11. Project Closure & Evaluation

Complete project closure activities, including client sign-off and documentation finalization.

Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improvement areas.
12. Compliance & Governance

Ensure adherence to internal policies, local regulations, and international standards.

Support compliance, operational risk, and permanent supervision requirements.
Requirements

7+ years of experience
managing projects within the
banking sector
.

PMP Certification
is mandatory.
