BlueCat AI is a Doha-based EdTech startup building an AI literacy platform for children. We're developing interactive learning experiences that help kids understand, question, and responsibly use artificial intelligence. We're in an exciting growth phase building our core product.

The Role

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Doha. You'll coordinate across education, technical, and business teams to keep our product development on track. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup — not a process-heavy corporate PM position.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily operations across education and technical work streams
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
• Manage stakeholder communications (team, investors, partners, QRDI)
• Prepare progress reports and financial tracking for grant compliance
• Facilitate weekly syncs and remove blockers for the team
• Support vendor management and procurement
• Help organize pilot programs with schools and children

RequirementsMust Have:

• 3–5 years project management experience
• Experience in tech, EdTech, or product development environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Based in Doha
• Comfortable with startup pace and ambiguity

Nice to Have:

• Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience with grant-funded projects
• Background in education or child-focused products
• PMP or similar certification
