Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Minimum 12 years of proven experience in handling large-scale civil projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
