Project Manager - Civil

§ Plan and manage projects from commencement until completion in a profitable manner

§ Develop and modify project management plans including proposals, detailed work breakdown structure, schedule of tasks, risk mitigation strategies, process maps, statements of work etc.

§ Determine whether project scope and objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner

§ Plan effectively around delivery constraints, optimise plan to maximise benefits and minimise risk

§ Provide consistent progress updates on project deadlines/ timelines to Senior Management highlighting any changes/variations

§ Evaluate project outcomes against planned deliverables and monitor project milestones to ensure timely completion

§ Conduct site visits and approve Consultant and Sub-Contractor’s submittals

§ Manage subcontractors, suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

§ Ensure use of industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution

§ Track project cost, objectives by managing resources in an efficient and cost-effective manner

Evaluate project outcomes against planned deliverables and monitor project milestones in order to ensure delivery of projects within budgets

Experience:

§ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the field of construction

Qualification:

§ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Project Manager - Civil: 10 years (Preferred)
