Project Manager Civil

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil with proven UAE experience to lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent site coordination ability, and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee civil construction projects from start to handover.
• Plan project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per specifications.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage manpower allocation and site teams efficiently.
• Handle client communication and maintain strong professional relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Valid UAE Driving License .
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, project planning, and execution.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
