Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is hiring on behalf of its client, a leading frozen food manufacturing setup, for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage critical industrial construction and expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end civil works for plant construction, expansion, and renovation
• Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and on-site execution
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project timelines
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, project schedules, and progress reports
• Coordinate with operations, production, and engineering teams
• Monitor quality control and ensure timely, budgeted project delivery
• Oversee civil maintenance and infrastructure optimization of plant facilities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) – mandatory
• 8–12 years of experience in industrial, FMCG, or manufacturing projects
• Strong exposure to factory or plant construction and expansion projects
• Expertise in project management, site supervision, and contractor handling
• Strong knowledge of civil standards, structural works, and industrial compliance
