Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Project Manager with 10 years of experience in civil works/Maintenance works out of which 5 years' experience should be in oil & gas sector in GCC. The role demands exceptional leadership, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Age Limit: Below 45 years

Total Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Maintenance works ( At least 5 years' experience in oil and gas in GCC)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Oversee project integration and ensure that scope, schedule, and cost objectives are met

Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

Conduct site visits to assess feasibility, identify risks, and resolve challenges proactively

Prepare and present project proposals, progress reports, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders

Monitor and control project performance, making necessary adjustments to meet deliverables

Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and execution teams

Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle

Lead and manage subcontractors and maintain professional relationships with clients

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and technical records

Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and team management skills etc.

Preferred Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Oil and gas standards and procedures

Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities

Proven track record of successfully managing complex infrastructure projects in the oil & gas sector
