Job Title: Project Manager – Civil Engineer

Job Summary

The Project Manager – Civil Engineer will lead and manage the full lifecycle of civil engineering and construction projects within the food & beverage company, including new facility builds, expansions, renovations, and infrastructure works. This role ensures all projects are delivered on time, within budget, comply with safety and food-grade construction standards, and meet quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead projects from concept through design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and construction sequences.
• Ensure all civil works align with company standards and local regulatory codes.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead regular project meetings, monitor progress, and resolve site issues promptly.

Budget & Resource Control

• Monitor and control project budgets, cost forecasts, and CAPEX requirements.
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment.

Compliance, Quality & Safety

• Ensure compliance with civil engineering codes, health & safety standards, and food-specific hygiene requirements during construction.
• Monitor contractor performance and implementation of quality control standards.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, permits, schedules, and inspection reports.
• Provide timely progress reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related engineering discipline).
• Experience: 5–10+ years in project and construction management; experience in food & beverage facilities or industrial projects is preferred.
• Proven track record managing complex engineering projects with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
