About Us:
DIVA Projects is a leading name in residential, commercial, and infrastructure development, with a strong focus on delivering quality and timely execution. We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager who can lead and oversee large-scale civil and pipeline projects from inception to completion with strong technical and managerial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of civil and pipeline projects as per scope, timeline, and quality standards
• Manage project budgets, BOQs, billing, and resource allocation effectively
• Oversee contractors, consultants, vendors, and labour teams for seamless coordination
• Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, and quality regulations across all works
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to project and site teams
• Conduct progress reviews, risk assessments, and prepare management reports
• Act as the key liaison between clients, government authorities, and the company management

Requirements:

• B.E. / M.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 25 years of proven experience in civil engineering works, including pipeline and infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, billing, contracts, and execution
• Prior experience handling government contracts, PWD, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end project delivery

Salary: Attractive, commensurate with senior-level expertise

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
