About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in the Shreveport, LA area. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a results-driven professional capable of managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

As Project Manager, you will lead project teams, coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning to final delivery
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation
• Lead, mentor, and support project staff and field teams
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractor performance, and project logistics
• Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and risk management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor or subcontractor
• Proven track record of delivering successful ground-up and/or renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
