   Project Manager for
  
  one of our very well-known client, to be based in their Dubai office.
 
   Job Purpose:
  
  Plan, manage and successfully deliver projects, in compliance with the project practices, standards and processes of the Company, or represent the Department in other largescale commercial construction projects from conception through completion within the Group. Ensure that projects meet the defined business requirements and achieve the stipulated business benefits within agreed timescales, cost and scope, leading the project throughout from initiation to closure.
 
  To lead design and construction methodologies, stakeholder and contract management, document control systems, safety standards (FLS), and local UAE construction regulations especially Dubai Municipality.
 
   Job Description:
  
- 
   Ensure on time, in scope and within budget delivery of all assigned projects. Initiate and manage projects through all stages to ensure that their progress, quality and the outputs in key result areas are consistent with the scope and targets envisaged in the project charter. Where it becomes necessary, take appropriate corrective actions in consultation with the department and support functions concerned.    Manage the full project lifecycle—from conceptual and schematic design to detailed design and construction—ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory codes (including UAE-specific standards like DM), and overall project objectives.
  
- 
   Monitor and enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols by conducting site inspections, audits, and safety meetings, ensuring full compliance with local and international safety standards.
  
- 
   Collaborate with internal stakeholders, department heads, and external partners including architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to define project scope, responsibilities, timelines, and service levels in formalized project charters.
  
- 
   Identify and mitigate project risks and issues with input from key stakeholders. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to sponsors, steering committees, and affected departments to support decision-making and transparency.
  
- 
   Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Actively drive cost-saving measures and strive for early or efficient delivery without compromising on design or compliance.
  
- 
   Oversee document control processes including RFIs, submittals, and transmittals. Ensure thorough project closeout through final inspections, punch list completion, authority handovers, and proper documentation of deliverables.
  
  Skills & Qualifications:
 
   Qualifications:

   Degree or Honors (12+3 or equivalent)
  
- 
   Recognized professional Project Management qualification. Preferably PMP certified.

   Experience:

   Experience in
   
    Design & Construction
   
   projects – 10 Years minimum
  
   Knowledge/Skills:
  
- 
   Aviation operations exposure with knowledge of airline industry standards, and core business functions and systems preferred.
  
- 
   With relevant post qualification experience in relevant business area with project management experience of mid-to large size projects preferred.
  
- 
   Should be practical and innovative with the abilityto manage cross-functional teams at a multinational level.
  
- 
   Knowledge of a variety of project management methodologies and practices.
