Job summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager Construction to lead and oversee construction projects in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and adhering to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed project schedules, coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all project phases.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the availability and optimal use of materials, labor, and equipment on-site.
• Site Management: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Budget Management: Prepare and maintain project budgets, monitoring expenses against forecasts and taking corrective actions as needed.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 12-20 years of experience in construction project management within the industrial sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large project teams and manage complex projects.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar)
