Project Manager — Construction

Job Description

Colsiti Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager — Construction to oversee our construction projects in Doha. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and team members, to provide updates on project status.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Salary and Benefits

• Hourly wage: 30 -* 60 QAR* (commensurate with experience).
