Construction Project Manager

EarthStream Global are urgently looking for a Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of EPC and construction projects, ensuring effective coordination from planning through to completion. The role focuses on managing project performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact
• Manage contracts, procurement, and commercial processes
• Monitor project performance, including cost, risk, and progress reporting
• Oversee documentation, change management, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure aligned execution
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior stakeholders
• Support project closeout, commissioning, and handover activities
• Provide guidance and mentoring to project team members
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and governance frameworks

Requirements

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years’ experience (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects is essential
• Strong project coordination, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Experience in infrastructure, utilities, or energy sectors preferred
